Branch Administrator
Unified Valve Group is currently looking for a part-time detailed oriented, hardworking Branch Administrator to join our Fort St. John team. If you are self-motivated and thrive on taking initiative and wearing many different hats in an entrepreneurial environment, this maybe the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Courteous and timely reception of visitors and telephone inquiries
- Work with Branch staff, as well as occasionally accounting personnel, to reconcile all open reports, including, but not limited to: ValveTek, GreatPlains, backorder review, stock transfers and purchase orders
- Perform data entry in GreatPlains, ValveTek, as well as enter customer orders and credits, stock transfers, purchase orders and inventory tracking
- Provide branch administrative support including managing office supplies, all administrative duties and operate all office equipment
- Enter and complete PO's, AFE's, vendor and customer files, act as a branch liaison with other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Administration experience would be an asset
- Exceptional communicator and customer service oriented
- Very strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Must be a team player who is willing to wear many hats and help when needed
- Must be computer proficient with a strong ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, experience with GreatPlains would be an asset
Required Education:
- High school or equivalent
